Sausage Gravy

What you will need:

  • 1lb breakfast sausage
  • 1/3 cup All Purpose flour
  • 3-4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  1. Brown you sausage until fully cooked.
  2. Reduce heat to low-medium heat and add a spoonful of flour, stir until blended, and repeat until flour is gone. Slowly pour in milk and cook for 10 minutes (or until thickened). Add salt and pepper, stir and continue cooking until nice and thick. If mixture becomes too thick for liking you can add a few tablespoons milk until desired consistency is reached. Spoon over warm biscuits.
